We acknowledge the recent CQC rating of 'inadequate' based on the inspection conducted last August. We sincerely apologise for this and want to assure you that we have made and continue to make significant improvements to ensure safe practice and excellent care. We are working closely with the CQC and ICB to make this happen.
We value your feedback and invite you to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG). Information about the PPG can be found on our website. The next meeting date will be announced soon, following our successful meeting in February 2025.
Overall, patient feedback for our surgery has been excellent, and we are committed to maintaining and improving our high standards of care.
Thank you for your continued support.
Best regards,
Dr. Bekas Medical Practice Team
